Nagravision, a Kudelski Group division, seeks a Senior Program Manager in Madrid to oversee complex, end-to-end customer programs across Europe. You will coordinate pre-sales, system architecture, delivery, and in-life support while acting as a single point of contact for clients and internal teams.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage budgets and risks, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery aligned with quality standards.

Formación

• Solid PM background in broadcast technology.
• Experience managing complex end-to-end customer programs.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
• Degree in engineering/CS or related field; other qualifications considered.
• 6–8 years with >$1M budget.

Responsabilidades

• Support Sales during pre-sales with RFP/RFI responses and engagement letters.
• Take end-to-end responsibility for post-sales program execution with no direct reports.
• Create and maintain program plans; monitor progress and resolve issues.
• Ensure delivery quality on time and within budget per program plan.
• Manage program budgets, track expenditures and realized benefits.
• Interface with customers, vendors and internal units; escalate issues as needed.
• Report progress to Director PMO and Steering boards.
