Group-IPS is seeking a Process Engineer for its Madrid team to support energy systems, utility optimization and project execution. You will collaborate with mechanical, process and project engineers to improve industrial facilities across Europe and beyond.

The role involves site work, energy efficiency studies and decarbonization initiatives. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial or Energy Engineering with 2–5 years of relevant experience and fluent English and

Formación

Degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial or Energy Engineering.
2–5 years of process engineering or energy systems experience.
Knowledge of industrial utilities, thermal systems and energy efficiency.
Experience with industrial plants in sectors such as Food & Beverage, Chemicals, Life Sciences or Manufacturing.
Willingness to travel and to work onsite with industrial clients.
Fluency in English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

Contribute to industrial projects by working on industrial utilities and energy systems.
Perform energy efficiency studies and process optimization analyses.
Conduct energy audits and consumption analysis.
Carry out process calculations and engineering studies.
Support decarbonization and carbon reduction initiatives.
Prepare technical documentation and feasibility assessments.
Conduct site visits and technical assessments.
