Nippon Sanso Holdings Corporation is seeking a Process Efficiency & Automation Leader to be based at our Madrid European Headquarters. The role focuses on identifying, prioritizing, and deploying scalable digital solutions using Power Platform, Power BI, workflow automation, RPA, AI, Agentic AI, and Generative AI to cut administrative workload and create sustainable business value.

• 5+ years of digital transformation, automation, or business tech experience.

• Lead discovery workshops and process assessments.
• Build business cases and value calculations for automation projects.
• Drive deployment of Power BI and Power Platform solutions, RPA, Agentic AI, and Generative AI initiatives.
• Coordinate with IT and Digitalization teams on architecture, security, governance.
• Manage external developers and implementation partners.
• Define and maintain the European digital transformation roadmap.
• Promote replication of solutions across regions.
• Establish governance, KPI monitoring, and benefits tracking.

The Process Efficiency & Automation Leaderwill be based in Madrid, European Headquarters, and will be part of the Competitive Edge Europe Department, directly reporting to the Competitive Edge Director.

The role will identify, prioritize, and deploy scalable digital solutions leveraging Power Platform, Power BI, workflow automation, RPA, AI, Agentic AI, and emerging technologies to improve productivity, reduce administrative workload, and generate sustainable business value. Furthermore, they will lead the Admin Next Gen program and drive the digital transformation of administrative processes across Europe.

This position will act as the primary interface between Business Functions, Digitalization, IT, and external development partners.

Key Responsibilities

The key responsibilities of the role include:

• Own the European Admin Next Gen portfolio.
• Identify digitalization opportunities across Finance, Procurement, HR, Operations, Compliance, and Shared Services.
• Lead discovery workshops and process assessments.
• Build business cases and value calculations for automation projects.
• Drive deployment of:

1. Power BI solutions
2. Microsoft Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, etc.)
3. RPA technologies
4. Agentic AI solutions
5. Generative AI initiatives

• Coordinate with IT and Digitalization teams to ensure alignment with architecture, security, and governance requirements.
• Manage external developers and implementation partners.
• Define and maintain the European digital transformation roadmap.
• Promote replication of successful digital solutions across regions.
• Establish governance, KPI monitoring, and benefits tracking

Background

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Analytics, or similar.
• 5+ years of experience in digital transformation, automation, or business technology.
• Experience managing business-facing digital projects.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform Solutions and RPA technologies.
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable digital solutions.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Process Mining and AI-based solutions.
• Microsoft certifications.
• Experience with Copilot, AI Agents, Azure AI, or similar technologies.
• Experience managing digital product portfolios.
• Exposure to manufacturing or industrial environments.
