Ramboll Group A/S is seeking a European Payroll Service Delivery Manager to oversee payroll services across Europe, acting as the primary interface between Ramboll, payroll vendors, and internal stakeholders. • Own payroll service delivery across Europe and interfaces with vendors and internal teams.
• Manage vendor governance, SLAs, KPIs, and service continuity.
• Coordinate payroll transformations and country onboarding initiatives.
• Support payroll automation and AI-enabled improvements.
• Maintain audit readiness and compliance across Europe.
