Iron Mountain is seeking a Grid Interconnection & Power Delivery Lead Europe to secure access to power for our expanding data center portfolio. You will act as the commercial and process orchestrator for grid connections, negotiating with European TSOs and DSOs and translating utility contracts into clear business impacts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, electrical engineering, project management, or energy-related discipline.
• Experience negotiating with European TSOs and DSOs.
• Willingness to travel across Europe to project sites and utilities.

Responsibilities

• Determine pathways to power by understanding market-specific grid connection processes.
• Lead commercial negotiations of grid connection agreements with European TSOs and DSOs.
• Own the master timeline for power delivery and align cross-functional teams to milestones.
• Manage lifecycle of grid access contracts and monitor utilization thresholds.
• Coordinate with external consultants, utilities, sales, and construction teams for seamless data center projects.
• Monitor utility requirements and align capacity commitments with customer deployment timelines.
