Job summary
Iron Mountain is seeking a Grid Interconnection & Power Delivery Lead Europe to secure access to power for our expanding data center portfolio in Europe. You will negotiate grid access agreements with European TSOs and DSOs, translate contracts into clear business impacts, and drive the end-to-end timeline for power delivery to sites.
You will lead cross-functional teams, ensure compliance, and coordinate with external utilities and project managers across Europe.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, electrical engineering, or related energy discipline.
- Experience negotiating with European TSOs and DSOs.
- Knowledge of electrical system components and voltages.
- Strong commercial negotiation and process management.
- Willingness to travel across Europe.
Responsibilities
- Determine the pathway to power for target markets.
- Lead negotiation of grid connection agreements with European TSOs and DSOs.
- Translate complex utility contracts into operational and commercial realities.
- Own the master timeline for power delivery.
- Manage the lifecycle of grid access contracts and compliance.
- Coordinate with external consultants, utilities, sales and construction teams.
