Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a Grid Interconnection & Power Delivery Lead Europe to join our Global Data Centers team. Your primary mandate is to secure access to power for our expanding data center portfolio.

You will orchestrate grid connections, translate utility contracts into business impacts, and drive end-to-end timelines for flawless execution. You’ll work across functions and with external utilities to ensure commitments are met, manage contract lifecycles, and maintain alignment with

Qualifications

• Knowledge of electrical system components and voltages to ensure contracts deliver power for facilities.
• Ability to read and translate grid connection contracts into project impacts.
• Experience negotiating with European TSOs and DSOs.

Responsibilities

• Determine the pathway to power and understand market processes.
• Lead commercial negotiations of grid connection agreements with TSOs/DSOs.
• Own the master timeline for power delivery and milestones.
• Manage lifecycle of grid access contracts and compliance.
• Coordinate with external consultants, utilities, sales, and construction teams.
• Monitor requirements and align capacity with deployment timelines.
