EdgeConneX in Barcelona is seeking an experienced Power Infrastructure & Grid Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end grid interconnection for large-scale hyperscale data centre campuses across Europe. You will own the process from early utility engagement through energisation, coordinating with TSOs, DSOs, regulators and internal teams.
The role demands strong technical grounding in power infrastructure, exceptional relationship-building across regulatory environments, and the ability to manage
Led by an experienced management team and supported by a strong investor group, including large and experienced institutions and strategic partners, EdgeConneX offers a dynamic, fast-paced work environment where we are bringing flexibility, proximity, power, and connectivity to some of the world’s key businesses. With major offices in Herndon, Denver, Amsterdam, Singapore and Malaysia, we have a global footprint and a unified team of employees committed to providing a premier customer experience and delivering the full spectrum of data center solutions, from core to edge, like no other data center provider can do.
Focused on driving innovation and helping our customers define and deliver their own unique vision for the Edge, at any scale, in any market worldwide, for any requirement, we are building tomorrow’s data center infrastructure, today for some of the world’s most demanding Network, Content, and Cloud customers.
We are looking for an experienced Power Infrastructure & Grid Delivery Manager to join our Site & Energy Development EMEA team. This is a delivery-critical role responsible for securing and delivering connections for large-scale hyperscale data centre campuses across multiple European markets.
You will own the end-to-end grid interconnection process - from early utility engagement through to energisation - acting as the single point of contact for all utility interfaces on assigned projects. This includes connection agreements, technical compliance, grid code navigation, and delivery against programme milestones. You will work directly with TSOs, DSOs, regulators, and authorities, and will act as the connective thread across cross-functional internal teams spanning development, construction, engineering, legal, and commercial - aligning priorities, surfacing dependencies, and keeping complex programmes moving as one.
The role demands a collaborative leader as much as a technical one. You will work across internal teams - development, construction, engineering, legal, and commercial - to drive shared outcomes, coordinate around common objectives, and ensure grid delivery is embedded in the broader programme rather than running in parallel to it. This requires solid technical grounding in power infrastructure, the ability to build trusted relationships both internally and with grid operators across different regulatory environments, and the commercial judgement to manage risk and escalates effectively. You will manage external consultants and legal counsel, and will lead the development of power delivery playbooks and processes to support EdgeConneX's broader programme execution.
