TSMG Holding is seeking Depot Specialists to support autonomous vehicle and robotaxi fleets across Europe from a dedicated depot in Madrid. You will ensure daily vehicle readiness, cleaning, charging, inspections, and smooth depot operations, enabling safe and reliable autonomous mobility services.

Formación

• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive both electric and conventional vehicles.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• High attention to detail and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Good written and spoken English at upper-intermediate level.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare autonomous vehicles for daily robotaxi fleet operations and ensure deployment‑readiness.
• Conduct pre‑deployment and post‑shift inspections for safety and performance.
• Coordinate vehicle movement, charging, parking, and staging in the depot.
• Assist with vehicle dispatch and return processes and organize depot areas for efficiency.
• Perform basic vehicle checks: tires, lights, fluids, charging equipment, and general condition.
• Record vehicle status and charging information in digital checklists and reports.
• Follow depot safety procedures and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
