TSMG Holding is seeking Autonomous Vehicle Safety Operators to support testing, validation, and commercial deployment of robotaxi fleets across Europe. You will monitor vehicle behavior, intervene when required, and work with engineering and depot teams to ensure safe operations.

No prior AV experience required; we provide comprehensive training on driving systems, safety protocols, and procedures. This role offers exposure to cutting-edge mobility tech across multiple European cities and future

Formación

• Valid European driver's license and clean driving record.
• Minimum 5 years of driving experience.
• Ability to pass background verification and drug testing.
• Excellent situational awareness and defensive driving skills.
• Upper-Intermediate English.

Responsabilidades

• Safely operate and monitor autonomous vehicles during testing, validation, and commercial robotaxi fleet operations.
• Supervise self-driving system performance with awareness of traffic conditions.
• Take immediate manual control when required by procedures or safety protocols.
• Complete routes while complying with traffic regulations and procedures.
• Record disengagements and observations using company reporting tools; report issues to depot and technical teams.
