Job summary

Unilever Prestige Hub in Europe seeks an EU Education Manager to lead education and training across Sephora Europe. Based in Spain or Italy, you will partner with education teams, develop engaging programs and drive commercial performance through learning initiatives.

You will travel regularly across Europe to support store teams, product launches and events, building a network of education ambassadors while ensuring alignment with global brand standards and local market needs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in beauty education or coaching for retail teams.
• Experience delivering product knowledge and selling techniques.
• Fluent English; Spanish/Italian desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead EU education and training strategy across Europe.
• Develop annual education calendar aligned with launches.
• Create premium training programmes on heritage, rituals, and product benefits.
• Develop education materials: presentations, guides, selling tools, digital content.
• Ensure initiatives reflect global standards and local markets.
• Coordinate training with Sephora and internal teams.
