Job summary

Accord Healthcare seeks an Associate Director, Portfolio & NPL Head for the North/East/South/West Europe Hub. You will lead portfolio strategy and new product launches, coordinating across commercial, medical, regulatory, R&D and marketing to drive growth and lifecycle management.

Responsibilities include evaluating pipeline opportunities, delivering financial assessments, and ensuring launch excellence with cross-functional teams across multiple countries.

Qualifications

• Substantial experience in portfolio, launch management and marketing or sales at operational/strategic level.
• Market access knowledge in hub countries.
• Ability to lead cross-functional, multi-site teams in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute hub portfolio and NPL strategy and initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional launch teams across commercial, medical, regulatory, R&D and marketing.
• Deliver business growth through portfolio optimization and lifecycle management.
