Unilabs is seeking a Global Commercial Operations Project Manager to drive end-to-end delivery of strategic Sales Planning & Execution initiatives across its European markets. You will translate the global agenda into structured project plans, lead cross-country execution, and ensure measurable impact on commercial performance.

You'll build standard frameworks, govern projects, and partner with country teams to secure adoption, with a hybrid office/remote setup and exposure to healthcare

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field is required.
• 6+ years of experience in project management, ideally with exposure to sales operations or commercial transformation.
• Proven experience in building frameworks, systems or project management.
• English fluency (another language is a plus).

Responsabilidades

• Translate the priorities into structured project plans, with clear scope, milestones, dependencies, ownership and success measures.
• Lead the end-to-end delivery of Sales Planning & Execution projects across markets, including sales planning frameworks, sales force effectiveness, territory and account management, performance management, and sales process standardisation.
• Drive execution in partnership with country commercial leads, securing the engagement, resource and follow-through needed for adoption in each market.
• Run project governance and reporting, steering committees, milestone tracking, risk and dependency management, keeping global and market sponsors aligned.
