Job summary

Docplanner is seeking a Patient Care Regional Manager to lead Patient Care teams across European markets. You will manage performance, quality reviews, and daily operations, collaborating with Country Managers and the Global Patient Care Head to ensure consistent service.

You will translate data into actions, develop your people, and drive customer satisfaction across regions. You will shape regional strategy, partner with Product/PATS on tooling and workflows, and contribute to monthly Patient

Qualifications

5+ years in customer support or service operations.
Minimum 2 years of people management.
Experience leading multi-country teams in Europe.
Fluency in English required.
Data-driven with dashboards and reports.
Experience with quality review or moderation programs.
Strong people instincts and trust-building.
Proficiency with Jira or Notion and similar tools.

Responsibilities

Own performance reviews, 1:1s, and development conversations for direct reports across markets.
Track and own regional KPIs: response SLA, first-contact resolution, CSAT and quality scores.
Run quality review or moderation programs with calibration and rubrics.
Partner with Country Managers to align on priorities, workload and service commitments.
