Job summary

FlavourTech, a private label and branded food and beverage manufacturer, is seeking a Senior Europe Sales Lead to own and grow our European accounts. You will work remotely with our teams across Turkey, Dubai and Tunisia, based in Europe, traveling about a third of the time.

You will manage existing retailers and win new private label and branded business, running tenders, coordinating with pricing and R&D, and maintaining a robust CRM pipeline.

Qualifications

• 5+ years selling food or FMCG private label to European retail or discount chains.
• Established network with European buyers.
• Fluent English; German or French strongly preferred.
• Based in Europe and able to travel about 1/3 of the time.
• Comfortable working remotely and independently.

Responsibilities

• Take over and grow our European accounts with retailers, discounters, wholesalers and distributors.
• Win new private label and branded business.
• Run tenders and quotes with pricing and R&D teams; manage samples and follow-up.
• Represent us at trade shows and industry events.
• Keep the CRM (Pipedrive) accurate: pipeline, next steps and forecast.
