PTV Logistics is seeking an in-house Legal Counsel (m/f/d) to join its EU team. The role focuses on reviewing and negotiating customer contracts, managing GDPR/data protection matters, and monitoring EU digital regulations such as the CRA and NIS2.

You will collaborate with sales, procurement and product teams to ensure compliant, business-friendly contracts. Ideal candidates hold a Master’s in law, strong knowledge of European IT/contract law, and fluent English; SaaS or tech industry

Qualificações

• Master's degree in law or equivalent legal qualification.
• Strong knowledge of European IT and contract law; GDPR experience.
• Fluent English; experience with SaaS or technology industry a plus.
• Independent, business-oriented and able to work autonomously.

Responsabilidades

• Review incoming customer contracts and lead negotiations on terms.
• Advise on data protection and maintain DPAs and privacy policies.
• Monitor EU digital regulations (CRA and NIS2) and assess product impact.
• Provide day-to-day legal guidance to sales and on onboarding compliance.
• Assist with trademark filings and simplify contract templates.
