Job summary

EQS Group AG is seeking a legal counsel to advise management on diverse legal issues, including software licenses and service agreements, across an international environment. The role requires drafting, negotiating, and reviewing key contracts while ensuring regulatory compliance and alignment with the company’s internal processes.

Fluency in English and French (C1) is essential, with additional European language skills seen as a plus.

Qualifications

• University graduate in law.
• Experience practicing independently or in a corporate legal dept.
• Strong communication skills in English and French (C1).

Responsibilities

• Advise and support management on all legal-related issues.
• Provide extensive legal counsel; negotiate and review software license and service agreements from partners, suppliers and customers worldwide.
• Ensure compliance with laws and regulations, including internal compliance structure development.
• Collaborate on developing standard contracts and general terms and conditions.
• Review and update contract forms in national language and translations, and support sales in structuring transactions.
