CHINT is seeking a Solutions Manager (EU) to design, propose, and support end-to-end electrical power solutions across strategic segments in Europe. You will work closely with Country Sales and Customer Success Engineering teams to deliver complex, non-standard solutions for Data Centers, Renewable, Utilities, and Industrial sectors.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Strong knowledge of HV/MV/LV electrical distribution design.
• Proven problem-solving and solutioning abilities.
• Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to manage priorities across multiple projects and countries.
• Self-driven with ability to work independently in a regional role.
• Experience with AutoCAD or related electrical design tools is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Design and own end-to-end electrical solutions for EU projects with the engineering team.
• Prepare, review, and validate engineering deliverables (SLDs, specifications, compliance documents).
• Lead technical discussions, design reviews, and stakeholder engagements across EU.
• Support country sales with technical leadership in proposals and bid clarifications.
• Ensure safe, reliable delivery of solutions per customer and CHINT quality standards.
