Amazon Spain is seeking a Speed Area Manager in Quick Commerce Central Operations to own the operational mechanisms, processes, and communication across the EU network. You will lead business reviews, design standard work, and drive continuous improvements to scale operations and protect the customer promise.

You’ll collaborate with schedulers, site operators, delivery partners, and cross-functional teams. The role requires a bias for action, strategic thinking, and data-driven decision making,

Formación

• Experience in people management.
• Ability to communicate complex information to senior stakeholders.
• Experience using data analysis to drive business decisions.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
• Preferred: Six Sigma, Lean, PMP or similar standards.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and facilitate daily, weekly, and monthly business reviews across the Quick Commerce network.
• Define and document standard operating procedures for shift handovers.
• Build and optimize cross-functional communication with stores, schedulers and partners.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
