Amazon is expanding its EU same-day delivery network and seeks an EU Speed Initiative Manager to own cross-functional operational improvements. You will lead reviews, design playbooks, and collaborate with stores, delivery partners, and planning teams to protect on-time delivery and customer experience.

You will translate large data sets into actionable insights, develop standard work across multiple markets, and drive scalable processes that enable rapid problem resolution while maintaining

Formación

• Experience in program management, logistics, operations or transportation.
• Master's degree or equivalent in OR, Stats, Eng, CS, or SQL experience.
• Experience making business recommendations and influencing stakeholders.
• Experience in building reports/datasets for decision-making.
• Experience reading procedures and engineering documents, or creating MOPs/SWMS.

Responsabilidades

• Lead EU same-day delivery network reviews and performance metrics.
• Design and implement business review mechanisms for data-driven decisions.
• Identify root causes and drive corrective actions across the network.
• Create dashboards and reporting for operational health.
• Define standard operating procedures for shift handovers and cross-timezone continuity.
