Amazon Logistics is seeking a Senior Process Improvement Analyst to join Central Operations in Spain. You will drive improvements in processes and technology across Planning, Transportation, Last Mile Tech, and business expansion teams to scale operations.

The role requires strong analytical skills, data-driven decision making, and the ability to partner with multiple stakeholders to prioritize customer needs and KPIs as AMZL grows in Europe.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, IS, Engineering, Operations Research or other analytical discipline
• Experience in a business analyst or data analyst role
• Experience communicating with a wide range of stakeholders
• Experience with SQL
• Proficiency in SQL and statistical analysis tools

Responsabilidades

• Earn trust and manage change across multiple teams
• Think big and align initiatives with broad organizational goals
• Invent and simplify processes to improve efficiency
• Analyze data and propose improvements with or without technical support
• Aggregate data from multiple sources to enable informed decision making
• Collaborate with BI engineers to design analytical solutions and metrics
• Help define and drive the technology roadmap
• Perform deep-dives to identify root causes of variances
