Job summary

DocMorris AG, a leading online pharmacy and healthcare platform, seeks a motivated Legal Intern (m/f/d) to support its EU Legal Segment in Barcelona. You will work closely with our Legal Counsel and business units on a variety of matters, gaining practical in-house experience and exposure to GDPR, contract review, and corporate secretarial tasks.

Ideal candidates are law students who enjoy AI-assisted drafting, compliance work, and cross‑functional collaboration across the EU region.

Qualifications

Currently enrolled in an accredited law degree program.
Proficiency in AI tools.
Fluency in English and Spanish; Catalan would be a plus.

Responsibilities

Collaborate on strategic legal projects within fast-paced in-house teams.
Draft internal memos and contracts using AI tools with accurate citations.
Support GDPR initiatives, RoPA maintenance, and data protection matters.
Review contracts and help standardise agreements to reduce risk.
Assist with corporate secretarial tasks, minutes, and notarization coordination.
Help implement compliant legal workflows across the EU segment.
