Job summary

DocMorris AG seeks a motivated Legal Intern to support its EU Legal Segment. This role suits a proactive law student collaborating with Legal Counsel and business units on a range of matters vital to European operations. Ideal for transitioning from class to business, offering exposure to in-house legal work.

You will assist with contract reviews, data protection tasks, and corporate secretarial support while gaining practical experience across multiple legal disciplines.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an accredited law degree program.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; Catalan would be a plus.
• Proficiency in AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to actionable legal insights for multi-disciplinary project teams in a fast-paced in-house environment.
• Assist in AI-assisted drafting of internal memos and contracts with accurate citations.
• Support GDPR initiatives by maintaining RoPA records and advising on data protection matters.
• Review contracts and help standardize agreements while identifying potential risks.
• Draft corporate minutes and resolutions; coordinate notarization and filings.
• Improve legal workflows across the EU segment and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Develop and maintain a centralised legal knowledge repository for templates and policies.

We are seeking a motivated Legal Intern (m/f/d) to support our EU Legal Segment.

This role is designed for a proactive law student who thrives in a dynamic setting and is eager to contribute to meaningful projects. Collaborating closely with our Legal Counsel and various business units, you will assist in a wide array of legal matters that drive our European operations. Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Project Collaboration: Contribute to actionable legal insights to multi-disciplinary project teams, gaining deep business acumen within a fast-paced in-house environment.


• AI-Enhanced Legal Drafting: Leveraged cutting-edge AI tools to draft internal legal memos and contracts, ensuring citation accuracy by validating all AI-generated case law and regulations.


• Data Protection & Compliance: Support in GDPR initiatives by maintaining Records of Processing Activities (RoPA) and providing support on data protection matters.


• Support on Contract Review & Standardisation: Conduct detailed legal reviews, identifying potential risks and ensuring alignment with internal legal standards. Support in the creation of standard agreements.


• Corporate Secretarial Support: Manage the drafting of corporate minutes and resolutions while coordinating end-to-end notarization and legalization processes for official filings.


• Operational Process Management: Optimize and apply legal workflows across the EU segment, managing end-to-end communication with business units and authorities to ensure regulatory compliance.


• Communication & Legal Knowledge Repository: Support knowledge-management initiatives by developing and maintaining a centralised legal repository, ensuring that legal templates, policies and processes remain up to date, accessible, and clearly communicated across the company.

Qualifications

• Education: Currently enrolled in an accredited law degree program.


• Technical: Proficiency in AI tools


• Languages : Fluency in English and Spanish. Catalan would be a plus.
