BIC is seeking a Europe eCommerce Senior Manager to lead the development and acceleration of growth across the European online channel. You will own the EU eCommerce P&L, define routes to market, and partner with Digital CST to set strategy and execution through marketplaces, Amazon, and key retailers.

You will collaborate with regional and local teams to develop assortments, price/promo strategies, content, and digital shelf activation, while driving data-driven decision making and ROI.

Formación

• 8–10 years in Digital Marketing or Sales eCommerce role
• Experience with marketplaces development is a plus
• Fluent business English with strong communication skills
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage P&L

Responsabilidades

• Lead EU eCommerce channel strategic planning for sales, visibility and conversion
• Own the EU eCommerce P&L and oversee profitability
• Collaborate with Digital CST to define strategy and channel role for each category
• Define growth enablers: assortment, price/promo, content and digital operations
• Drive growth with Amazon and key EU retailers; optimize ROI and online execution
• Align Group and regional objectives and monitor performance with KPIs
• Coordinate trade terms with retailers and ensure online/offline consistency
• Foster an eCommerce community and capability development across the region
• Grow marketplace presence and establish partnerships and pricing strategies
