Amazon is seeking a Sr. Manager to focus on reducing Concessions in EU Operations. You will manage large‑scale programs that improve the customer experience and drive measurable results.

You will collaborate with operations, tech and corporate teams across the EU, build a delivery experience roadmap, and report to senior leadership weekly and monthly. The role requires hands‑on leadership, stakeholder management, and the ability to navigate a fast‑moving environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Business Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Experience leading and interacting with cross‑functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Develop metrics to understand customer needs and drive delivery improvements.
• Lead complex process improvement efforts with cross‑regional teams.
• Manage ambiguity across priorities and keep initiatives visible to leadership.
