Xebia in Spain seeks a senior delivery leader to steer complex data transformation programs from kickoff to handover. You will align business and technology around data platform adoption, data ownership, governance, and data quality, while coordinating cross-functional teams.

You will engage senior sponsors and data stewards, manage risk and escalation, and translate technical findings into business decisions, ensuring successful delivery and client satisfaction across regions.

Formación

• 10+ years in IT, data, platform or digital transformation delivery.
• At least 5 years in senior delivery or engagement leadership roles related to data transformation.
• Experience with data platform, governance, or data transformation initiatives.
• Ability to discuss operating model, data stewardship, quality, lineage and adoption.
• Strong executive stakeholder management and communication in business language.
• Fluent English; Spanish/Portuguese/French advantageous.

Responsabilidades
