TikTok is seeking an intern in the Supply Chain and Logistics team based in Madrid, Spain. This role involves day-to-day logistics operations, communication with service providers, and monitoring delivery performance across the EU. Ideal candidates should be pursuing a degree and possess strong organizational and communication skills. Familiarity with Excel and basic project management tools is preferred. This internship can be full-time or part-time for a minimum of 16 weeks, providing a great opportunity to gain experience in logistics and supply chain management.

Formación

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities independently.
• Available to attend the internship for a minimum of 16 weeks on a full-time or part-time basis.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace; familiarity with Excel preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Day-to-day operations with logistics service providers (LSP) in EU countries.
• Communicate daily with local LSP teams to solve collection issues.
• Participate in weekly calls with LSP managers to review main KPIs.
