TikTok Shop Europe is seeking a project intern in Madrid to gain hands-on experience across business development, influencer marketing, and ecommerce. You will identify top brands, support partnerships, and help optimize campaign execution while working cross-functionally on data-driven initiatives that drive real business impact.

The role emphasizes fast-paced learning, autonomy, and on-site work five days a week for at least three months, with rolling applications reviewed.

Formación

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree or above in Business Analytics, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, Finance, or a related field.
• Fluent in Chinese to work effectively with internal teams based in Mainland China, and fluent in English to collaborate with local stakeholders across Europe.
• Working proficiency in Spanish to communicate with local merchants, creators, and market partners in Spain.
• Strong data analysis skills with structured, logical thinking.
• Fast, sharp and proactive learner, able to self-learn, explore independently, and ask the right questions.
• Strong multitasking ability, with clear prioritisation in a fast-paced environment.
• Clear and fluent communicator, able to drive cross-functional initiatives to completion.
• Preferred Qualifications- Consulting, strategy, or investment-related experience is a plus.
• Interest in social commerce, content-driven e-commerce, or digital advertising.

Responsabilidades

• Data & Analysis: Gather internal and external data and produce in-depth, data-driven analyses of the e-commerce business, covering merchant growth, product and content scaling, and other key metrics.
• Monitoring & Diagnosis: Build and maintain business analysis frameworks and trackers to monitor key indicators, surface opportunities and risks, and translate findings into practical solutions.
• Cross-functional Execution: Coordinate with account management, marketing, category, logistics, and product teams to drive short-term and long-term initiatives to landing.
• Operational Support: Maintain operational documentation, weekly meeting materials, and SOPs, and support merchant and creator communications and feedback collection.
