Vantage Towers in Madrid seeks an ESG & Finance professional to join a multinational team. You will bridge ESG, Engineering and Finance, embedding ESG metrics into financial strategy, disclosures and decision-making.

You will drive data collection, implement BI dashboards using PowerBI, and oversee ESG budgeting and monthly/quarterly management reporting, collaborating across Europe.

Formación

Responsabilidades

• ESG & Finance Integration: bridge ESG, Engineering and Finance to embed ESG metrics into strategy and disclosures.
• ESG Technical & Operations Integration: align initiatives across countries to reduce CO2 and OPEX/CAPEX.
• Portfolio Management: build and maintain the portfolio with ESG and cost-savings focus.
• Data Collection & Continuous Improvement: streamline ESG data collection, implement BI dashboards, and improve data reliability.
• Management Reporting & Strategic Projects: oversee ESG budget and prepare monthly/quarterly executive reports.

Your contribution:

• ESG & Finance Integration: You serve as the strategic link between the ESG, Engineering and Finance teams, ensuring ESG metrics and data are seamlessly embedded into financial strategy, disclosures, and broader corporate decision-making.
• ESG Technical & Operations Integration: you bridge the technical teams of various countries together to align on initiatives for the portfolio that will reduce Both CO2 and OPEX/CAPEX.
• Portfolio Management: Build up and maintain Vantage Tower's portfolio in terms of CO2 and OPEX/CAPEX savings and strategic projects.
• Data Collection & Continuous Improvement: You streamline ESG data collection processes, implement BI tools and interactive PowerBI dashboards, and build action flows to enhance data reliability and operational efficiency.
• Management Reporting & Strategic Projects: You oversee the ESG budget, track disclosure progress, and prepare monthly and quarterly executive management reports while supporting ad hoc initiatives.

What makes you stand out:

• Educational Background: Degree in Economics, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
• Professional Experience: Management consultancy experience, demonstrated success in cross-functional collaboration within multinational organizations, and experience in portfolio management.
• Technical Skills: Comprehensive expertise in EU Taxonomy, TCFD, and SFDR frameworks, paired with proven experience implementing BI tools, dashboards, apps, or action flows.
• Soft Skills: Highly analytical, detail-oriented, self-driven, and structured, with strong communication skills, exceptional relationship-building abilities, and a true passion for sustainability.
• Language Proficiency: Advanced written and spoken English skills.

At Vantage Towers we operate in 8 different European countries. This role will be based in Madrid, Spain.
