Avanade is seeking a Technical Lead in ERP to steer Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations projects and guide both clients and internal teams toward the best technical solutions. You’ll analyze requirements, design scalable architectures, and ensure successful delivery of enterprise ERP deployments with a focus on integrations and AI-enabled capabilities.

Formación

• Extensive experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and legacy Dynamics AX implementations.
• Deep expertise in X++ development, solution design, integration patterns, and enterprise application architecture.
• Proven experience leading enterprise-scale ERP implementations with multiple integrations and ISV solutions.
• Strong understanding of Azure, Power Platform, Azure Integration Services, DevOps practices, and enterprise architecture principles.
• Experience designing scalable, secure, resilient ERP solutions aligned with business goals.
• Ability to evaluate and integrate AI-powered capabilities within ERP landscapes.
• Experience supporting pre-sales activities, solution envisioning workshops, estimates, architecture reviews, and proposal development.
• Strong consulting, stakeholder management, and communication skills for business outcomes.

Responsabilidades

• Lead customers and internal teams to define the best technical ERP solution and support the Project Manager toward project success.
• Collect information, analyze requirements, and solve problems, providing technical and operational support.
• Mentor and coach architects, developers, and consultants while promoting innovation and best practices.
