Avanade is seeking a Technical Lead in ERP to drive high-impact solutions for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and legacy AX implementations. You will guide enterprise ERP programs, design scalable architectures, and mentor teams across architecture, development, and delivery, leveraging Azure, AI, and modern integration patterns.

• Extensive experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and legacy Dynamics AX implementations.
• Deep expertise in X++ development, solution design, integration patterns, and enterprise application architecture.
• Proven experience leading enterprise-scale ERP implementations involving multiple integrations, ISV solutions, and complex technology ecosystems.
• Strong understanding of Azure, Power Platform, Azure Integration Services, DevOps practices, and enterprise architecture principles.
• Experience designing scalable, secure, resilient, and maintainable solutions aligned with business and technology strategies.
• Experience with Artificial Intelligence technologies, including Agentic AI, Microsoft Copilot, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures, workflow automation, and AI-assisted software development.
• Ability to evaluate, design, and integrate AI-powered capabilities within ERP and enterprise business solutions.
• Experience supporting pre-sales activities, solution envisioning workshops, effort estimations, architecture reviews, and proposal development.
• Strong consulting, stakeholder management, and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-oriented outcomes.
• Experience collaborating with business leaders, enterprise architects, engineering teams, delivery managers, and executive stakeholders.
• Proven ability to provide technical leadership, mentor and coach architects, developers, and consultants while fostering innovation, technical excellence, continuous improvement, and the adoption of AI-enabled ways of working.
• Ability to define technical standards, architecture governance, and best practices for emerging technologies and enterprise solutions.

About the Role

As a Technical Lead in ERP, you will lead customers and an internal team to the best technical solution, supporting the Project Manager toward project success. You’ll collect information, analyze requirements, and solve problems, providing technical and operational support.
