Avanade is seeking a Technical Lead in ERP to guide customers and an internal team to the best technical solution, supporting the Project Manager toward project success.

You’ll collect information, analyze requirements, and solve problems by delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365-focused design, customization, and integration.

As part of the ERP team, you’ll supervise development, training end-users, maintain documentation, and ensure upgrades, performance, and security align with client goals.

Formación

• Structured experience in D365 F&O / Microsoft Dynamics AX implementations.
• Strong knowledge of the X++ programming language.
• Experience with Azure DevOps / VSTS.
• Problem solving oriented and client-focused.
• Ability to relate effectively with internal and external customers.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies.

Responsabilidades

• Lead IT and functional ERP teams, plan activities and manage resources and budgets for project success.
• Design and customize ERP software to meet business needs.
• Ensure seamless integration of ERP modules with other systems.
• Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting for ERP systems.
• Train end-users and maintain documentation of configurations and processes.
• Plan upgrades and regular maintenance of ERP systems.
• Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, and stakeholders to deliver results.
• Monitor system performance and security to ensure compliance.
