Avanade is seeking a Technical Lead for ERP to guide customers and internal teams toward the best technical solution using Microsoft Dynamics365 Finance & Operations. You’ll collect information, analyze requirements, and deliver scalable, integrated ERP architectures while aligning with business goals.

• Extensive experience with Microsoft Dynamics365 Finance & Operations and legacy Dynamics AX implementations.
• Deep expertise in X++ development, solution design, integration patterns, and enterprise application architecture.
• Proven experience leading enterprise-scale ERP implementations involving multiple integrations, ISV solutions, and complex technology ecosystems.
• Strong understanding of Azure, Power Platform, Azure Integration Services, DevOps practices, and enterprise architecture principles.
• Ability to evaluate, design, and integrate AI-powered capabilities within ERP and enterprise business solutions.
• Experience supporting pre-sales activities, solution envisioning workshops, effort estimations, architecture reviews, and proposal development.
• Strong consulting, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to provide technical leadership, mentor and coach architects, developers, and consultants while fostering innovation, technical excellence, continuous improvement, and the adoption of AI-enabled ways of working.

Working as part of the ERP team you’ll collect information, analyze requirements, and solve problems, providing technical and operational support. We are looking for a Technical Lead in ERP who can lead customers and an internal team to the best technical solution, supporting the Project Manager toward project success. Skills and Experience

Extensive experience with Microsoft Dynamics365 Finance & Operations and legacy Dynamics AX implementations. Deep expertise in X++ development, solution design, integration patterns, and enterprise application architecture. Proven experience leading enterprise‑scale ERP implementations involving multiple integrations, ISV solutions, and complex technology ecosystems. Strong understanding of Azure, Power Platform, Azure Integration Services, DevOps practices, and enterprise architecture principles. Experience designing scalable, secure, resilient, and maintainable solutions aligned with business and technology strategies. Ability to evaluate, design, and integrate AI‑powered capabilities within ERP and enterprise business solutions. Experience supporting pre‑sales activities, solution envisioning workshops, effort estimations, architecture reviews, and proposal development. Strong consulting, stakeholder management, and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business‑oriented outcomes. Experience collaborating with business leaders, enterprise architects, engineering teams, delivery managers, and executive stakeholders. Proven ability to provide technical leadership, mentor and coach architects, developers, and consultants while fostering innovation, technical excellence, continuous improvement, and the adoption of AI‑enabled ways of working. Ability to define technical standards, architecture governance, and best practices for emerging technologies and enterprise solutions.
