Job summary

Airbus Defence and Space in Getafe, near Madrid, seeks a professional PMO for the ERP Program to drive scheduling, budgeting and risk management across an international PMO team. You will coordinate milestones, resources and quality metrics, while implementing new PM tools and processes.

You will interact with teams in France and Germany, communicate across functions, and ensure contractual data control and change management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
• Team working skills, empathy, and a proactive, eager-to-work mindset.
• At least 2 to 3 years of experience in a PMO role (PMP certification is welcome but not strictly required).
• Experience with Microsoft Office, JIRA, and Confluence.
• Familiarity with planning tools such as UPI and Forge IPT will be a plus.
• C1 level of English. Excellent oral and written communication skills are mandatory, as you will be communicating constantly with teams in France and Germany.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing and integrating schedules, budgets, resources, and quality metrics.
• Scheduling and planning programs/projects, including task distribution.
• Managing project risks and opportunities.
• Supervising, controlling, and reporting on performance (milestone tracking) and phase reviews.
• Controlling contractual data configuration and managing changes.
• Managing the implementation of new project management tools and processes.
• Collaborating closely with other PMOs in an international environment.
