Roche is looking for an Engineering Manager to lead the Digital Operations and Reliability team focused on CMDB governance and IT service management data. You will drive data quality, modeling standards, and automated routing across 300+ enterprise products while collaborating with Product Managers to translate business contexts into accurate dependency trees.

• Minimum 5+ years in ITSM, CMDB design or enterprise data modeling.
• At least 2+ years in team leadership or technical coordination.
• ITIL framework certification is a strong plus.
• Experience bridging data architectures with business context.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a high-performing team of data modelers and support architecture specialists.
• Define CMDB data quality standards, data modeling guidelines, and structural frameworks across product teams.
• Translate complex business/technical contexts into robust operational structures for CMDB and ticket routing.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to map CMDB dependencies, impact analysis, and automated routing rules.
• Work with Observability and SRE teams to standardize knowledge, relationships, and tooling.
