Orisha in Zaragoza is seeking an ERP Functional Consultant in Customer Services to bridge customer business operations with our technical teams and unlock value from ERP solutions. You will lead incident resolution, perform functional analysis, prepare documentation and training, and support process improvements across purchasing, sales, inventory, and finance.
Fluency in Spanish and 2–5 years in ERP consulting are required. This permanent on-site role is based at C.
Formación
- 2–5 years in ERP functional consulting, ERP implementation projects or IT/ERP support.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field as specified.
- Fluent in Spanish and strong business process knowledge across purchasing, sales, inventory, warehousing, logistics, finance.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to explain complex topics to end users.
- Autonomous, organized, and customer oriented with good documentation habits.
Responsabilidades
- Lead Customer Service & Incident Resolution end-to-end with SLAs.
- Functional analysis, documentation, and collaboration with technical teams.
- Provide training, enablement, and maintain manuals and SOPs.
