PSD Group is seeking a Data Cleansing & Migration Analyst to support data quality, transformation, and migration within a large ERP programme. You will work closely with Data Owners and the Data Team to analyse, validate, cleanse, and transform data ensuring accuracy throughout the migration lifecycle.

The role requires strong Excel skills, experience with ERP data migrations, and a solid understanding of data governance in complex environments.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years in data analysis, data manipulation, data migration, or a related data-focused role.
• Strong understanding of data quality, data transformation, and data governance principles.
• Advanced Excel skills with complex formulas, data modelling, reconciliation, and large dataset analysis.
• Experience supporting ERP data migration and governance.
• Familiarity with Oracle ERP environments and SQL.
• Exposure to audit-controlled or highly regulated business environments.

Responsabilidades

• Extract, analyse, and manipulate data to support data quality assessments, cleansing initiatives, and migration activities.
• Review data objects and datasets, applying analytical thinking to identify issues and define data quality criteria.
• Develop and maintain manual data quality dashboards in Excel, with transition to automated reporting.
• Draft business glossaries and support data quality tools and documentation.
• Collaborate with Data Owners and stakeholders to identify data gaps and opportunities for improvement.
• Assist in data mapping, transformation, and migration activities across the ERP programme.
• Maintain documentation and audit trails for migration-related activities.
• Ensure data transformation processes are well-documented and compliant with governance.
