Fusion Consulting is seeking an experienced System Lead - Data Migration & Data Management to drive data migration strategies across global ERP transformation programs. You will define standards, oversee discovery, mapping, and validation, and lead cross-functional teams to ensure scalable, compliant solutions.

The role requires strong leadership in data architecture, experience with cloud-based ETL (AWS), and knowledge of regulated environments.

Formación

• Proven experience leading enterprise data migration and data management initiatives.
• Strong understanding of ERP data migration processes and system transformation projects.
• Experience with cloud-based ETL architecture, preferably AWS.
• Knowledge of SAP architecture and integration landscapes.
• Understanding of network infrastructure concepts.
• Experience with manual and automated testing tools.
• Knowledge of CSV/CSA, GxP, and regulated system validation environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead data migration strategy, architecture, and solution design.
• Define migration frameworks, standards, and best practices.
• Oversee data discovery, assessment, mapping, transformation, and validation activities.
• Drive data architecture decisions and ensure alignment with enterprise standards.
• Define migration waves, cutover plans, rollback strategies, and go-live readiness criteria.
• Review and approve migration designs, validation processes, and reconciliation approaches.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture, Application Owners, Integration, Security, and Data Governance teams.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to project teams and migration specialists.
