J.P. Morgan is seeking a Shareplan Team Manager within our Equity Plan Management team to lead multiple operational teams, ensuring high standards of customer and employee satisfaction while delivering tasks aligned with priorities, compliance, and client expectations.

You will drive continuous improvement, support product and systems development, manage escalations, analyze monthly metrics, and ensure governance obligations are met, fostering a collaborative, high-performing culture.

Formación

• Proven team management experience in an operational environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong numeric ability with data analysis and reporting.
• Solid understanding of controls, audit requirements, and regulatory obligations.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, manage, and support multiple operational teams, ensuring priorities and deliverables are met.
• Promote a positive, collaborative, and performance-focused team culture across offices.
• Support HR activities including recruitment, onboarding, reviews, and engagement; identify training needs.
• Identify bottlenecks in service delivery and ensure standard processes are followed; manage product delivery and EPM tasks.
• Analyze operational data to produce monthly metrics by client, product, and individual; monitor revenue and profitability.
• Serve as escalation point for IT, Product, CRMs, events, or recurring programs; attend sales updates and prioritization meetings.
• Provide input on systems development, prioritization, and performance with UAT involvement.
• Review and sign off on software enhancements and improvements; escalate as needed for alignment with priorities.
• Oversee internal and external controls, audits, and regulatory governance obligations.
