Job summary
Johnson & Johnson Vision Iberia seeks a skilled professional to manage equipment business and contracts, coordinating with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Service to ensure compliant, traceable transactions.
You will monitor milestones, renewals, and data quality, support contract reviews, and generate periodic reports on installed base and deal metrics, leveraging Excel, ERP systems, and Power BI.
Qualifications
- Advanced degree or equivalent in Business Administration and Finance, Commercial Management, Trade, Logistics, or related fields.
- University degree in Business Administration and Management, Economics, Law, Engineering, or related discipline.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate equipment placement, renewal, transfer, and retirement transactions with documentation and approvals.
- Maintain up-to-date view of installed base, including location, customer, and status.
- Support preparation, review, and management of contracts, addenda, renewals, and related documents.
- Monitor milestones, expiration dates, and financial terms to anticipate risks and drive resolution actions.
- Coordinate administrative follow-up of equipment repairs and quality incidents with suppliers and service teams.
