Renvolt Energy is seeking a Project Manager to lead EPC projects from development through handover to Operations & Maintenance in Spain. The role requires coordinating design, procurement, subcontractors and site teams while ensuring compliance with technical specifications, budget, schedule, quality and HSE standards.

You will manage project schedules, control costs, and drive performance across multi-disciplinary teams, ensuring successful commissioning and handover.

Formación

• Master's degree in engineering (electrical preferred) and minimum 5 years in EPC/construction or infrastructure project management.
• Experience in PV plants, substations or renewable energy projects is highly desirable.
• PMP certification or project management qualification is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts, project controls and HSE requirements.
• Proficiency in MS Office and MS Project; valid driver's license.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and oversee EPC projects from development through handover to Operations & Maintenance.
• Develop and maintain project schedules (MS Project) and budgets; manage costs and cash flow.
• Coordinate design activities, procurement, subcontractors and site teams.
• Ensure compliance with contract, technical, quality, environmental and HSE requirements.
• Lead teams, allocate resources, and conduct performance reviews to foster a safety-driven, results-oriented culture.
• Oversee commissioning and handover activities to ensure project success.
