Renvolt Energy is seeking an experienced O&M Sales Manager to drive commercial growth within its Operation & Maintenance Business Line in Spain. You will support strategy, identify and capture opportunities, and lead negotiations for O&M contracts with asset owners and managers.

The role requires 5+ years in sales, 10+ years in Service/O&M, and 4+ years in renewables, with fluent English and Spanish. Strong budgeting, presentation, and stakeholder management skills are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or Management.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales roles.
• Over 10 years of experience in Service/O&M (preferred).
• At least 4 years of experience in the renewable energy sector (preferred).
• Proven track record in negotiating and budgeting O&M/Service contracts.
• Strong understanding of the solar and/or wind market in Spain, including asset owners and asset managers.
• Solid knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Strong awareness and commitment to HSE.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Head of Sales Key Account Management in defining the Sales Action Plan and forecasting.
• Detect new customers and opportunities; support negotiations of O&M contracts.
• Develop activity to screen, recognize and capture O&M customers.
• Prepare business presentations to customers and stakeholders to establish commercial relations.
• Prepare budgets and technical proposals for O&M opportunities.
• Support development of new O&M solutions and related tools.
• Contribute to brand promotion initiatives.
• Maintain relationships with customers in the current portfolio.
