Siemens Energy seeks an Environmental Site Manager to lead on-site environmental protection activities in Alcudia, Mallorca, Spain. You will collaborate with management, engineering, and commissioning teams to integrate environmental requirements throughout the project lifecycle and support the Health & Safety Manager in safety initiatives.

Qualifications

• University degree in Engineering, Environmental Sciences, or related discipline.
• Solid knowledge of environmental protection and applicable legislation, including ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
• Trained in Basic Level occupational risk prevention with at least 5 years of proven experience in environmental protection roles.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish, enabling effective information sharing with teams.
• A results-oriented mindset with the ability to implement preventive measures and collaborate across departments.
• Ideally, you have experience in project management and a passion for sustainability.

Responsabilités

• Advise teams on implementing environmental procedures and assist where necessary.
• Ensure and control the reviews of Environmental Plans submitted by other parties working on-site.
• Coordinate environmental measures taken by various parties to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with on-site personnel, particularly in Environmental and H&S roles, to facilitate training and compliance.
• Compile and report environmental statistics to project management and the customer, ensuring transparency and accountability.
