Siemens Energy Spain is seeking an Environmental Site Manager on-site in Alcudia, Mallorca, Spain, to ensure environmental protection activities are integrated into the project. You will collaborate with management, engineering and commissioning teams to coordinate environmental aspects throughout the project lifecycle.

• A university degree in Engineering, Environmental Sciences, or a related discipline.
• Solid knowledge of environmental protection and applicable legislation, including ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards.
• Trained in Basic Level occupational risk prevention with at least 5 years of proven experience in environmental protection roles.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish, enabling effective information sharing with teams.
• A results-oriented mindset with the ability to implement preventive measures and collaborate across departments.
• Ideally, experience in project management and a passion for sustainability.

Responsabilidades

• Advise teams on implementing environmental procedures and assist where necessary.
• Ensure and control the reviews of Environmental Plans submitted by other parties working on-site.
• Coordinate environmental measures taken by various parties to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with on-site personnel, particularly in Environmental and H&S roles, to facilitate training and compliance.
• Compile and report environmental statistics to project management and the customer, ensuring transparency and accountability.
