MultiSafepay, a leading fintech payments provider in Europe, is seeking an entry-level Chargeback Analyst in Málaga. You will perform daily chargeback analysis, communicate with merchants for documentation, and monitor scheme platforms to ensure timely resolution.

The role offers an international team, opportunities for growth, health insurance, and a beach-view office. Ideal candidates have 1+ years in payments operations, strong analytical skills, and fluency in English.

Formación

• 1+ years in payments operations
• Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail
• Understanding of payment flows including settlement, refunds, chargebacks and fees
• Exposure to banking or payments operations, especially back-office dispute resolution or chargebacks
• Clear communication and ownership mindset for tracking issues with stakeholders
• Working proficiency in English (advanced level)

Responsabilidades

• Perform daily analysis across all chargebacks, identify patterns and issues
• Communicate with merchants to obtain documentation needed to respond to or decline chargebacks
• Analyse scheme platforms to monitor chargeback flow and ensure compliance with regulations
• Track and follow up on open chargeback cases with merchants and internal stakeholders
• Stay updated with scheme regulation changes and ensure processes remain compliant
