Job summary

Taphandles Cerviteca SL, the European subsidiary of Taphandles Inc. (USA), is hiring an entry-level Account Manager for our Barcelona team. The role combines brand consultation, project management, and creative collaboration to translate client briefs into production-ready designs.

German-speaking candidates are especially welcome. As part of a growing European footprint, you’ll manage brewery relationships, collaborate with design and production teams in Barcelona, the UK, and the USA, and

Qualifications

• 0–3 years of experience in a customer-facing, design, marketing, or project coordination role.
• Fluent English (C1 or better) and Spanish; German strongly preferred.
• Organized, curious, and able to manage multiple projects across countries and cultures.
• Valid EU work permit.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer relationships with breweries and brands across Europe.
• Listen to brewery and brand teams, uncover needs, and shape ideas into design briefs.
• Guide projects from first conversations through design, quoting, and production.
• Collaborate daily with design, engineering, and production teams in Barcelona, the UK, and the USA.
• Keep quotes, documentation, and project tracking current in NetSuite.
• Prepare presentations, prototypes, and client samples.
• Join trade shows and brewery visits across Europe to build client relationships.
