Jobgether, a partner company, is seeking a Head of UX/UI in Spain to own the end‑to‑end user experience across a complex B2B SaaS platform. You will lead an established design team while remaining hands‑on on high‑impact initiatives.

You will shape the function, set quality standards, and build scalable processes with Product and Engineering to drive adoption and engagement through research, a robust design system, and strong craft.

Formación

• 6+ years of UX/UI or product design experience in B2B SaaS.
• Experience leading a design team in fast-paced environments.
• Proven ability to deliver high‑quality product design.
• Strong portfolio with end-to-end product design in complex workflows.
• Expert-level proficiency in Figma, design systems, tokens, and handoff.
• Experience designing for multiple user types.
• Ability to use design and product metrics to guide priorities.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, mentor, and raise design quality across the team.
• Run regular design critiques with actionable feedback.
• Own and improve the design process from scoping to handoff.
• Define future design team structures and hiring needs.
• Bridge between Design, Product, and Engineering.
• Remain hands‑on leading the most complex initiatives.
• Own the UX/UI vision from concepts to engineering-ready specs.
• Design experiences for multiple user groups with distinct goals.
• Build and maintain a scalable Figma-based design system.
• Own design‑to‑engineering handoff with detailed specs.
• Lead user research and usability testing.
• Identify friction points and improve usability and engagement.
• Track business impact using product and user metrics.
• Balance team leadership and individual execution.
