Exoticca is seeking an experienced UX/UI Designer to craft efficient, scalable experiences for internal tools and customer-facing platforms. You will collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to translate operational needs into intuitive designs and maintain a cohesive design system.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with experience designing internal tools and customer-facing web platforms.
• Strong portfolio showing complex workflows, dashboards, or operational systems.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and design systems.
• Proficiency in Figma.
• Experience conducting end-to-end user research and usability testing.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies and collaboration with developers.
• Experience in agile development environments.

Responsabilidades

• Design efficient, scalable, and user-centred experiences across internal and customer-facing web products, focusing on operational tools.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to translate needs into intuitive designs.
• Work with design systems to document components and ensure consistency.
• Conduct usability testing, analyze data, and iterate designs based on insights.
• Partner with developers during implementation to ensure high-quality execution.
• Drive data-informed improvements, including A/B testing.
