Signify in Madrid is seeking two UX/UI Designers to craft user-centered experiences that align with brand identity and business goals. You will design intuitive interfaces, scalable systems, and engaging visuals while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Requirements include a Bachelor's or Master’s in Digital Design/UX-UI, at least 2 years in a similar role, and proficiency with Figma, user research, wireframes, and prototyping. English is mandatory, Spanish is a plus.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Digital Design, UX/UI Design, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years in a UX/UI Designer role.
• Experience with Figma, user research, wireframing, prototyping, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent English communication; Spanish is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver best-in-class Digital Design aligned with business strategy and digital experience goals.
• Increase domain knowledge and create meaningful, innovative digital solutions.
• Conduct user research to inform design decisions.
• Apply analytical, conceptual, and specification skills.
• Analyse digital context and user needs across platforms and devices.
• Define and articulate relevant insights from research and data.
• Create engaging digital scenarios, themes, and concepts.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and visual design specifications to communicate concepts.
• Deliver design expertise across UI, UX, visuals, motion, systems, prototyping, and accessibility.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and engage with stakeholders.
• Communicate digital ideas clearly and persuasively.
• Facilitate workshops and brainstorming sessions to foster innovation.
• Ensure consistency and quality of user experience across platforms and devices.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
