n8n is hiring a highly technical educator to anchor the Scaled Enterprise CS team. You will run one-to-many enablement sessions, host live office hours, and develop templates and assets to unblock hundreds of Enterprise customers.

You’ll work in a remote-first, Europe-wide team, balancing architectural depth with scalable education to drive customer success and retention across global accounts.

Formación

• 3–5+ years as a high-performing IC in Solutions Engineering, TAM, Technical Onboarding, or Developer Advocacy within a B2B SaaS environment.
• Hands-on experience with APIs, webhooks, JSON, JavaScript, and workflow automation.
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills; comfortable addressing 50+ engineers, developers, or ops leaders.

Responsabilidades

• Run the technical programs: weekly office hours, deep-dive webinars, and demos for enterprise patterns.
• Own the enterprise Slack channel: triage, answer, and elevate to Product when needed.
• Help with implementation: activation calls when customers are stuck; provide technical assistance.
• Build playbooks: reference workflows, security/governance guides, migration guides; translate questions into reusable assets.
• Build advanced use-case templates, video tutorials, and technical docs for the Digital CS team.
